Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes we do, and have been shipping worldwide for many years now. All of our artworks are sent fully insured and very well protected.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Please allow us some time to order in packaging. This could take a several days before we can ship your artwork.
Some pigment prints are made to order; we do not keep stock of these and will instruct the printer to make them.
In general please allow 7-10 working days before artwork is shipped.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns unless an artwork has been damaged in transit.
Every effort is made so that the images on site are as representative of the artworks as realistically possible; it not possible to control the screen that the viewer is browsing on, but our photographs are edited with a colour calibrated workflow.
We insure all originals, but in order to make a claim we need photographic evidence. If an artwork arrives damaged please get in touch.
Prints can most often be replaced, again, please get in touch.
How is the artwork packaged and sent?
For original paintings we often use a specialist art courier. Paintings are very well protected in high density foam and/or plywood
Small prints may be sent flat in well protected layers of board. Larger prints will be rolled and packed in a sturdy tube. Print to order prints may be sent directly by the printers.
Will there be customs charges?
It depends. Many countries have exemption or a lower rate of import duties for original artworks. Each territory has a different policy and, with the U.S. in particular, it is a shifting situation. Most often original artworks are taxed at a lower import rate than household goods etc.
Prints are more likely to incur charges because they are not classed as original artworks. Again, the percentage is determined by your government of origin. In an ideal world we would love for there to be no import duties, but unfortunately this is not up to us!
All charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
How much does shipping cost?
We have decided, for simplicity’s sake, to build in shipping to the cost as advertised on the artwork. This means there is no extra shipping to pay. Please note however that if you are outside of the UK you may have to pay import duties. Please see customs FAQ.
